South Perry Water Expansion Project
From original concept (circa 2001), planning, and ultimate implementation, H.A. Spalding has been involved with this substantial water expansion project into previously un-served areas of eastern Kentucky. Approximately 90% complete today, when fully constructed, project cost will approximate $30 million, serving almost 3,000 customers with local topographic relief exceeding 1,100'.
