Spalding, longtime engineer and entrepreneur throughout the southeastern United States.  The firm is a privately held corporation based in Hazard, Kentucky.  H. A. Spalding Engineers, Inc., is a multi-discipline engineering company employing a full-time staff of approximately twenty embracing the fields of Civil, Sanitary, Structural, Electrical, and Architectural Engineering.  The firm has made significant contributions in the fields of water, wastewater, roadway and site design.
